What can I do if I have insurance policies from insurers other than wefox Insurance AG?
If you have concluded further policies with other insurers (e.g. ARAG, Axa, Allianz, etc.) via wefox, please contact your broker or the insurance company directly. This will speed up the processing. If you are not sure which company is your insurance provider, feel free to send us an e-mail to service.de@wefox.com. We will then process your request directly. However, this will take a little more time. We therefore ask you to be patient.
