wefox Italy

wefox Group has sold 100% of the shares in its Italian companies wefox MGA S.r.l. and wefox Services Italy S.r.l. to J.C. Flowers & Co. The transaction was completed on 11th June 2025. The two companies under their new ownership have undergone a rebranding and now trade under the name "Enablia". Existing and former customers of wefox Insurance AG (now "VIA Insurance AG") in Italy can find information on their new contact points under the link below.

wefox Germany

In June 2024, wefox Group announced the withdrawal from the German market. Former customers of wefox Insurance AG (now: VIA Insurance AG; no longer a part of wefox Group) in Germany with an expired policy can find information on their new contact points for outstanding claims under the link below.

wefox Poland

The portfolio of insurance contracts of wefox Insurance AG, Poland branch, was transferred to the Polish branch of the Czech insurer Direct pojišťovna a.s. on 28th March 2025. Existing customers can find the new contact details under the link below.
