How can I cancel my policy?

If you wish to cancel your wefox Insurance policy, you can do it in the app. iOS and Android
  1. Tap Policies
  2. Select the policy which you want to cancel
  3. Click on the “Policy management" button
  4. Click on “Terminate contract” button
  5. Select a reason for your cancelation
  6. Click on “Terminate”
  7. Your policy will be terminated on the next possible date.
Desktop
  1. Click on “Policies” from the top navigation bar
  2. Select the policy which you want to cancel
  3. Click on the “Terminate contract” button under Policy Management
  4. Select a reason for your cancellation
  5. Click on “Terminate”
  6. Your policy will be terminated on the next possible date
