How can I change my payment method?

You can switch to a different payment method in the app. iOS and Android
  • This process is currently not supported in our mobile apps. Please login on desktop:
  1. Click on “Policies” from the top navigation
  2. Select the policy for which you want to change your payment method
  3. Click on “Payment details” under “Policy management” section
  4. Click on “Start” button next to “Switch to Credit Card” or “Switch to Direct debit”
