    How do I cancel my insurance?

    Canceling your insurance depends on the type of insurance and the respective deadlines – for example, different regulations apply to basic insurance, supplementary insurance, and property insurance. Don't worry: If you decide to switch, wefox will handle the entire cancellation process for you. You don't have to worry about anything – we'll handle everything on time and without hassle.

  • How do I report a claim as an existing customer of wefox Insurance AG?

    You can easily file a claim online using our claim form. Alternatively, you can contact our claims service team by phone under +41 43 588 13 77 or via email to schaden@wefox.ch. We'll take care of your request quickly and easily.

     

    When should I file a claim?

    You should file a claim as soon as possible – ideally immediately after the incident. This is especially important if people have been injured, someone else's property is affected, or if significant costs could arise. The sooner we know, the faster we can support you.

     

    How do I file a claim to another insurance company (e.g. Sympany, CSS)?

    Did you purchase a product through us from one of our partners? In this case, the claim is reported directly to the respective insurance company. You can find the contact information in the respective policy or contract documents. If you don't have your documents handy, your wefox advisor will be happy to help.
